Disk Pack

Key feature of the FMADIO100G Portable system is the fully removable disk pack as shown below.

Removing Disk Pack

Removing the disk pack is simple and straight forward

Step 1) remove the dust filter

The system has a dust cover filter on the front of the system. This filters out unwanted particles from entering the eletronics components. As the system is designed to operate in non-datacenter environments.

Remove the screws as shown below

Step 2) Dust cover

The dustcover will hinge off and can be removed from the system, looking like below

Step 3) Remove the disk pack screws

As shown below remove the 3 screws from the disk pack

Step 4) Lever Diskpack out

Gently lever the diskpack out of its socket

Step 5) Fully Remove

Fully remove the entire disk pack as it slides out of the chassis.
